Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business and data requirements for data platforms, pipelines, and reporting
  • Work with data architects and engineers to define future-state processes and data models
  • Support the implementation of data governance, quality, and metadata frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Assist in mapping existing data flows and designing target state solutions
  • Support testing and validation of data outputs to ensure they meet business expectations
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of data concepts including lineage, quality, transformation, and modelling
  • Experience working on large-scale data or digital transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries is highly regarded
