The opportunity
You'll be central to a team led by Keith Loke (Partner) providing market-leading bespoke advice to governments, global banks, private credit and other investment funds, and domestic and multinational corporations on intricate domestic and cross-border multi-tiered multi-sourced structured financings and workouts. You'll be working on complicated multipartite, intercreditor, security, government co-funding and other commercial arrangements. Keith holds a national energy, resources, transport and infrastructure finance practices.
We're looking for a lawyer between 2 - 5 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance law, or equivalent experience. You'll bring technical and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in complex structured financing work. To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- 2 - 5 years' PQE in banking and finance law, or equivalent experience
- A strong interest in complex finance transactions
- Excellent technical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
