What You'll Do
  • Support participants with daily living, personal care, and community access
  • Promote independence, life skills, and social connection
  • Build meaningful and respectful relationships with participants and families
  • Deliver high-quality, rights-based support aligned with NDIS goals

What You'll Need
  • Compassion, reliability, and a genuine interest in disability or mental health support
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) — desirable
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (between 6am–9pm)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A values-driven approach with commitment to best practice

Essential Requirements
  • Australian Driver's Licence + comprehensively insured vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & NSW Working with Children Check
  • National Criminal Record Check
  • Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (free online)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training (e.g. child safety, infection control)
