What you can look forward to:

  • Providing leadership to the store team including recruitment, coaching, training and performance management
  • Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Customer Relationship Management – managing our customer database, and driving appointment bookings
  • Identify ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention
  • Ensure effective two way communication to ensure team members are engaged and knowledgeable
  • Attractive commission and incentives, including staff discounts and travel allowance

About you:

  • Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff
  • Previous experience leading a team to drive business outcomes
  • Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
