Operations Supervisor, Sameday

About the Role
We are seeking a Same Day Operations Supervisor – Part Time (Sat & Sun, and all public holidays -10 hours per day) to join our Premium Services – Same Day division at Banksmeadow, NSW. This is a permanent part-time role. The successful candidate will supervise and develop the Same Day team, including drivers, to ensure all aspects of handling Same Day jobs, from quotes and bookings to operational processes and customer updates- are performed to a consistently high standard. The role focuses on service excellence, building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the Same Day Operations Manager to develop a high-performing team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and colleagues positively and professionally.

• Supervise and support Same Day drivers and team members.

• Ensure operational processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor and improve service standards for a consistently positive customer experience.

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate service excellence.

• Support team development and growth initiatives in collaboration with the Same Day Operations Manager.

Skills & Experience

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a transport, logistics, or similar operational environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work weekends (Sat & Sun, 10 hours per day).

• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
