At Solahart Riverina, we put our customer at the heart of everything that we do, Solahart Have been helping the country reduce energy costs for over 70 years. We are currently seeking a new member for our friendly and supportive administration team.
About the Role …
Our Administration Assistant is the first point of contact to our customers. Therefore this role requires excellent listening, communication and understanding skills. You may also need to make out-bound calls, depending on the needs of the customer. Semi-Scripting and consistency in conversation is something we strive for in Solahart to make sure all of our customers all get the market leading satisfaction we are renowned. Booking the calendar effectively, efficiently and with the required communication and information will be a key responsibility for this role.
You will be supported by a team of experienced leaders.
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
- Providing first class service to all customers using your amazing people and communication skills
- Keep customers appraised of job lead-time
- Update client and job information
- Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment
- Data entry
- Appointment booking
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:
Essential skills & competencies:
- A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
- Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
- A strong desire to succeed
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent self organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
Experience and Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Customer facing experience preferred
