We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to provide quality customer service and effective administrative support to the Environment & Regulatory Services team.
- Permanent, part-time position - Fourteen (14) hours per week to be worked each Monday and Friday.
- Remuneration package of $1,003.07 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $1,203.69 gross per fortnight + 11.5% superannuation (based on part-time hours of work).

**Your new role**:
As the Administration Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality customer service and administrative support, reporting to the Manager Environment & Regulatory Services.

**Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Providing quality customer service and effective administrative support for the functional areas of the Division.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Assist in the planning and management of workshops and events.
- Utilise and maintain databases and electronic records systems.
- Rotate with & support other Administration Officers in the Environment & Regulatory Services Division on an as required basis.
- Assist the Executive Assistant of the Director Community as required.

- Relevant administrative and customer service experience.
- Can demonstrate your passion for working in a team environment; and
- Are a great communicator with highly developed organisational skills.
