Full Time Office Manager Required

LED Plant & Civil are currently seeking an experienced full-time Office Manager to join our busy team.

To be successful for this opportunity, ideally you will be reliable and hardworking and hold the following:

  • Organising and controlling the functions and resources of our office administrative systems, staff/employees and generally oversee the smooth running of the office. Support management, team members, customers, and suppliers.
  • Planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
  • Allocating human resources, space and equipment
  • Updating internal policies and procedures
  • Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
  • Managing records and accounts of the office
  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
  • Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
  • Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
  • Update compliance - ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Skills/Attributes Required for Position

  • High accuracy in data entry and a good eye for detail
  • Effective planning, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Qualifications/Work Experience required: Diploma and/or at least three years of relevant experience

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
