Hello, this is Hero Sushi.

We are a well-established Sushi Takeaway & Restaurant brand with around 50 stores across Australia, most directly managed by head office. As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a dedicated Store Manager to join our team.

[Position]

  • Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week)
  • Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership

[Salary & Benefits]

  • Training period (probation 4–6 weeks, depending on individual capability)
  • Adult, Hourly, Before tax $ % Super + Annual leave + Sick leave

Weekend rates x1.25–1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable

  • After training, depending on store size: $30.8hour

[Responsibilities]

  • Overseeing day-to-day store operations
  • Supervising and training staff
  • Maintaining high-quality sushi and menu standards
  • Managing and reporting store sales performance

[Requirements]

  • Must have a TFN
  • Must hold a visa with full-time work rights
  • Flexible availability, reliable, and in good health
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
