SHOTT Beverages is on the hunt for a motivated Sales & Marketing Support person to join our team in Sydney, providing critical support across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team, helping deliver exceptional service and brand growth in the foodservice and retail beverage industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Sales Team with customer service, sample assistance and account set up

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events across ANZ

  • Coordinate with distributors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials

  • Manage sales and marketing reporting, tracking KPIs and performance metrics

  • Maintain and update marketing assets and sales collateral

  • Support marketing efforts including email campaigns

  • Help organise samples, POS materials, and product training tools

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, marketing coordinator, or admin role (FMCG or beverage industry a plus)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing platforms

  • A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset

  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality industries is a bonus
