Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections of rental properties
  • Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports
  • Liaise with tenants regarding property condition and maintenance
  • Assist Property Manager with leasing processes, tenancy applications, and documentation
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with tradespeople and suppliers
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and customer service when required

What We're Looking For:

  • Current QLD real estate registration/license
  • Prior property management experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify any maintenance or repair issues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A friendly and professional manner with great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with property management software
  • A current driver's license
