Assistant Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals (Airbnb & Portfolio)

Location: Between Labrador and Mermaid Beach

Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week

We're seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing short-term rental management team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of beautiful holiday properties across the Gold Coast.

You'll be working across a mix of on-site property visits and remote/home-based admin tasks, ensuring our homes are presented to a 5-star standard and our owners are kept informed every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Liaise with homeowners and housekeeping teams
  • Assist with onboarding new properties and managing inventory
  • Ensure presentation standards are maintained across all listings
  • Support the property management team with administrative and operational tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality operations (short-term rentals highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, high-performing team
  • Confident using technology and apps to manage tasks and communication
  • A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence (travel between properties required)
