We are looking for energetic and passionate clothing alterations specialists to help with the growing workload at our Port Melbourne, Elwood and Brighton sites. We are open 7 days a week however professional alterations are performed mostly from Monday to Fridays with the occasional Saturday for some team members. Great working environment with friendly team and supportive management. Required is experienced professional alterations seamstresses or tailors to assist with our customer alterations including hemming, jacket shortening, bridal alterations, invisible mending and general mending & repair work. All of our machines are commercial grade and regularly serviced. Good hourly rate and working conditions. Previous professional alterations and sewing experience is essential for this role. Casual, Part time & Full time roles available.

**Key responsibilities for this role are, but no limited to**:

- Professional garment alterations
- Professional garment repairs
- Occasional Dress making
- General Alterations area tidying

**Skills and experience**:

- Professional Alterations & mending experience essential
- Use of commercial sewing machines
- Ability to learn fast and work efficiently
- Ability to operate independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
