The Role

In this role, you won't just track tasks - you'll be part of the engine behind end-to-end project delivery for fitouts across Australia. You'll collaborate closely with our directors and site teams, develop real technical capability, and help us raise the bar on quality and client experience. You will play a critical role in keeping projects running smoothly, anticipating issues before they arise, and ensuring clients experience a well-managed, professional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively plan, forecast and coordinate project tasks and timelines
• Communicate regularly with clients, building management, consultants, and site teams
• Interpret interior architectural drawings including plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and details to ensure delivery alignment.
• Support procurement, quoting, shop drawing reviews and material ordering
• Conduct on-site coordination and quality control inspections
• Identify potential project risks, resolve issues and propose practical solutions
• Maintain clear documentation, action lists and follow-ups
• Ensure works are delivered to agreed quality standards and timeframes
• Prepare take-offs and quantity calculations including sqm, linear metres and material quantities

About You

You are a detail-oriented, solutions-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in project coordination or project management within commercial fitouts
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication
• Ability to read and understand interior construction drawings
• Confidence preparing take-offs and quantities for construction works
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfort working across office, site and travel as required

Experience in commercial fitouts, retail, hospitality or workplace projects will be highly regarded.
