Millard Service Centre has an opportunity for enthusiastic and skilled truck and service tyre fitters and to join our large workshop team.

To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you are:

  • Previous experience in truck tyre and service fitting .
  • Hard working and able to work in a team environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Fit and Healthy
  • Prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work fortnightly Saturdays or more if wanting.

The Tyre fitter role is an integral part of business encompassing the core service offerings of the business and that sets Millard's apart from other competitors in the market. We are currently looking for Tyre Fitters and Truck Tyre fitters.

In order to be successful as a Truck Tyre Fitter you will be able to perform the tasks below on your own or with minimal assistance.

  • Identify and rectify tyre and wheel related issues
  • Tyre repairs and fitting
  • Rotating & balancing

In order to be successful as a Truck Tyre Technician must be able to perform the tasks above and below on your own or with minimal assistance.

  • Tyre repairs and fitting a variety of heavy, industrial, commercial, agricultural & OTR vehicles.

Holding a current drivers licence and forklift licence is favourable.

Successful candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration package, comparative with experience and skills.

Overtime is available within store hours.
