Now Hiring — Paradise Motorhomes (Yatala, QLD)
1. Accessory Fitters
Help bring our luxury motorhomes to life by installing the finishing touches and functional features that make each vehicle exceptional.
Key Tasks:
- Install RV accessories such as awnings, solar panels, TVs, air conditioners, steps, fridges, lighting, and more.
- Follow installation diagrams and product specifications to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Test, troubleshoot, and finalise accessory fitments before handover.
- Support the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process and finishing detail work.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience fitting vehicle accessories or working in RV, caravan, or marine environments.
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in RV, caravan, or vehicle accessory fitting is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confident tool use.
- Attention to detail and tidy workmanship.
- Reliable and proactive attitude with good communication skills.
2. Vehicle Body Builders
Perfect for skilled tradespeople from automotive, marine, building, or cabinetry backgrounds looking to apply their craft in a rewarding environment.
Key Tasks:
- Carry out basic 12V wiring — lights, switches, inverters, and monitoring systems.
- Complete plumbing with John Guest and hydraulic fittings for water and waste systems.
- Install fibreglass components, trims, and wall panels.
- Paint and finish internal cabinetry and trims to high presentation standards.
- Assist in the full internal fit-out and assembly of luxury motorhomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Prior experience in RV/marine bodywork, cabinetry, or general trades.
- Competence in plumbing and electrical basics (training can be provided).
- High attention to finish quality and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
3. Service Technicians
Our on-site Service Department in Yatala supports warranty, maintenance, and after-sales work on completed vehicles. We're seeking skilled tradespeople who can diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision and care.
Key Tasks:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose water leaks, fitment issues, and electrical faults.
- Fit, replace, and test accessories such as solar systems, AC units, and awnings.
- Work with the warranty and production teams to uphold our high quality standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Trade or mechanical background in caravans, RVs, or related industries.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
