What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage assigned leads in CRM, maintain accurate records, and follow up through calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close subscription sales; present pricing and inclusions, process memberships, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs; analyse and report results; stay current on market trends while developing your skills through training.
  • Provide seamless handovers to coaching teams, ensure client satisfaction, and engage in referral programs to grow the client base.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, align with the Head of Sales, and contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.

  • Salary: Base + uncapped commission (up to $100K+ OTE).
