About Us

HaloPSA is an all-in-one professional services automation (PSA) platform designed to help MSPs and IT service providers deliver outstanding customer service, streamline operations, and scale effectively. With rapid growth across global markets, we're expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Software Consultant to join us.

The Role

As a Product Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for HaloPSA. You'll leverage your hands-on experience to support new and existing customers, guide them through best practices, and work closely with our sales and implementation teams to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of the platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong product knowledge and a passion for helping businesses succeed through automation and standardisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for HaloPSA, providing support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and assist with proof-of-concept sessions.
  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and advise on effective use of HaloPSA.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and configuration projects.
  • Stay up to date with product enhancements and proactively communicate new features to customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product and development teams.
  • Create documentation, knowledge articles, and training content to support customer adoption.

About You

We're looking for someone who is both technically confident and customer-focused, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using HaloPSA (or Halo software).
  • Strong understanding of MSP/IT service workflows (ticketing, time tracking, projects, billing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation, consultancy, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.
  • Exposure to other PSA/ITSM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow).
