  • $35 - $38 per hour + Super
  • Fully onsite role - 9am - 5pm
  • Located in Chatswood, NSW, 2067

This role will
report into the Conference & Events Officer
, and will work closely with her to support the prepare for various events and related activities for 2026.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support
    across all aspects of event planning and execution
  • Coordinate speaker logistics
    including invitations, confirmations, and session details to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Manage CPD certification processes
    , ensuring timely and accurate distribution to attendees
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
    , for event-related inquiries and support
  • Source and liaise with venues and suppliers
    , obtaining quotes and assisting with contract arrangements
  • Support budget tracking and management
    , helping to ensure events are delivered within financial parameters

To be successful you will have:

  • Ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to short lead times and urgent tasks
  • Understanding of privacy policies and regulations across all communication channels (calls, emails, databases/files)
  • Experience with
    Canva
     and IMIS EMS is desirable but not essential
