About the roles

JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is looking for several roles in the Kitchen. Start your journey with the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa as a Commis or Demi Chef to help our passionate kitchen team to create mouth-watering food for our guests. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our luxury guests.

Successful Candidates will have:

  • Experience gained from working in a similar role preferably 4-5 star Hotel kitchen
  • Trade qualification
  • Strong food safety knowledge
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Passion for food and aspirations to grow your culinary career
