CHEF - Breakfast

We are on the look out for a Chef to run our breakfast service. For this position we aren't just hiring anyone to fill the role, we are looking for a superstar who owns the pass and plates up quality breakfast dishes, maintaining consistency in presentation everyday.

Roster: 6am - 2pm | Wed - Sun

Our offering is a mix of modern Australian & Mediterranean food, focusing on quality fresh ingredients, loads of flavour and great presentation.

To be successful you must have demonstrable experience with a proven track record to be considered for the role.

Skillset:

  • A confident and creative cooking style with a dedication to quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Planning & organizational skills.
  • The ability to work unsupervised.
  • Efficient & works clean.
  • Working as a strong team member with an emphasis on helping all members of the kitchen when needed.
  • Follow and adhere to recipes consistently.
  • Knowledge and adherence to all OHS & Food Safety requirements.
