Motion & Digital Content Designer

We're on the hunt for a Motion & Digital Content Designer who's passionate about visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is excited to produce impactful content across multiple digital platforms.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Creative Design Manager, you will conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality motion and digital assets that support brand campaigns, product launches, social media, eCommerce, and in-store content. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure our content is modern, engaging, and aligned with the Fantastic brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging motion graphics, video content, animations, and digital assets for use across social, web, eDM, online advertising, and in-store displays.
  • Contribute to integrated brand and marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution.
  • Optimise and manage content across multiple channels to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
  • Produce POS and in-store messaging that supports customer experience and brand storytelling.
  • Stay across digital trends, new creative tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, retail operations, and external agencies.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in digital content creation, motion design, or multimedia production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of animation, video editing, colour grading and audio post-production.
  • Experience creating social-first video content and assets tailored for different digital platforms.
  • Ability to interpret marketing/advertising briefs and deliver work that meets both business and customer needs.
  • Highly creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and basic UX principles is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or agency environments is desirable.
