Costume Designer – Adult Entertainment Industry

Location: Sydney (Travel both regional and interstate)

About Us:

We are a dynamic and creative adult entertainment production company known for high-quality visual storytelling and bold aesthetics. Our work spans film, photo shoots, and live events, with a focus on authenticity, empowerment, and visual flair. We're currently looking for an innovative Costume/Set Designer to bring our vision to life through wardrobe and aesthetics that enhances character, scene, and fantasy.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and source costumes for adult film scenes, promotional shoots, and live performances
  • Collaborate with directors, stylists, and performers to ensure wardrobe aligns with themes and storylines
  • Create mood boards, sketches, or mock-ups for proposed looks
  • Ensure proper fit, comfort, and functionality for on-set use
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and respect for all performers and crew
  • Manage wardrobe inventory and maintain continuity between scenes when needed
  • Outlay proposed set design and purpose.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio of costume, set or fashion design work (adult industry experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Deep understanding of fabrics, styling, and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working in adult-oriented environments
  • Discreet, non-judgmental, and professional
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, often fluid creative environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for fetish, fantasy, or period pieces
  • Sewing and tailoring skills
  • Knowledge of fashion trends within the adult and nightlife industries
  • Experience with styling for camera (film/photo)
