The Role & Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a Qualified Landscaper who shares our passion for excellence and is keen to expand their technical skills across diverse projects,This role requires

  • Hard Landscaping: Expert construction of Concrete/paving,Drainage/Brick and Block work, decking, retaining walls, pergolas, screens, welding, Operating machinery
  • Site Leadership: Interpreting detailed landscape plans,working with Xero projects, and coordinating tasks within our small team.
  • Quality Execution: Maintaining exceptional workmanship, reflecting the standards expected by our Landscape Architects + Builders and Clients
  • Soft Landscaping: Installation of soil works, planting, turf, advanced irrigation systems, Lighting
What You Will Bring

Essential Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Formal Landscape Qualification (Cert III) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in landscape construction
  • Work within a team environment and have previously worked under a site foreman.
  • Train Junior staff if required
  • The desire to expand your skills and tackle complex construction challenges.
  • A reliable, collaborative approach suitable for working within a small, high-performing team.
  • Good ability to problem solve on site
  • Current and valid Australian Driver's License
  • Australian permanent residences only
