We're hiring: Qualified Horticulturists/Gardeners (Casual/Part-Time)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong work ethic and reliable for agreed-upon hours.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning (on and off the job) with ongoing solo mentoring from the owner.
  • Passion for all aspects of gardening.
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience (or relevant qualifications).

Opportunity:

  • Gain valuable experience and learn from an industry expert with over 10 years of experience.
  • Flexible hours to be discussed.

Desired Attributes:

  • Gardening or Landscaping experience/qualifications.
  • Excellent Horticultural knowledge.
  • Current Driver's License (manual preferred).
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
