Longrain is a Melbourne dining institution, known for its bold, fresh, and vibrant take on modern Thai cuisine. Located in the heart of the city, we bring people together over shared plates, crafted cocktails, and exceptional service in a lively, stylish setting.

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. We have a full tinme role and casual roles available.

About the Role:

As a Demi Chef at Longrain, you'll be working alongside a team of talented chefs who are committed to delivering consistently high standards in food quality and presentation. This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their culinary career, with opportunities for growth and development.

Candidates must be available to work all shifts including nights to meet the demands of our busy restaurant operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy commercial kitchen
  • Strong passion for Asian cuisine and a willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Full Australian working rights
