Role Description

This is an on-site Contractor role for a Registered Psychologist located in Brisbane, QLD. The Registered Psychologist will:

  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments.
  • Engage in therapeutic interventions and deliver evidence-based treatments for individuals and families.
  • Design tailored support plans and maintain accurate client records.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best client outcomes.
  • Potentially participate in NDIS-specific support programs, contributing to the well-being of participants.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in psychological assessments, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning
  • Proficiency in person-centered and strengths-based psychological services
  • Experience with record-keeping, report writing, and maintaining documentation standards
  • Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and the ability to provide NDIS-specific support is advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification in Psychology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
