Our Provisional Psychologists play a vital role in delivering evidence-based, practical, and person-centred psychological support to clients across Australia.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Provisional Psychologist to join our growing Back2Work team.
In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions for Australian job seekers, while collaborating with Employment Service Providers to help clients enhance their work readiness and wellbeing. You'll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team within Humanity Health Group, working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver vocational interventions to increase job seekers' work readiness.
- Facilitate structured 1 to 1 programmes to build workplace confidence and practical skills (e.g. goal setting, interview skills, CV preparation).
- Conduct onsite clinics providing tailored, evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups across a range of ages.
- Implement strategies to improve wellbeing, manage stress, and build resilience.
- Ensure all interventions are appropriate, accurate, and documented.
- Establish and deliver services within agreed timeframes (SLAs).
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture and uphold Humanity Health Group's values.
- Engage with Employment Service Providers and other stakeholders to achieve strong return-to-work outcomes.
- AHPRA registration (Provisional Psychologist).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and organisational skills.
- Passion for helping others achieve personal and vocational goals.
- Commitment to ethical, person-centred, and evidence-based practice.
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant state or territory clearances.
- Be part of a supportive national network of clinicians and professionals.
- Structured supervision and support to complete your internship and progress to general registration.
