Plumbing Bros is one of Australia's fastest-growing trade businesses, now with 10 partners covering 18 territories across 5 states. Our vision is bold: 33 locations in the next three years, including the launch of our new Electrical Bros model.

We're expanding our national sales team and seeking a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate B2B opportunities for our interstate partners.

What You'll Do
  • Generate B2B sales opportunities nationwide, supporting our partners in multiple states.
  • Prospect through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and track pipelines in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Research, build, and maintain targeted lead lists.
  • Build relationships across industries like property management, facilities, strata, hospitality, and government.
  • Contribute to Plumbing Bros' vision of 33 locations nationally.

About You
  • Some sales or customer-facing experience (telesales, B2B, retail, customer service) is ideal — but attitude matters more than years of experience.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to thrive in a remote-focused role.
  • Hungry to grow into a full Business Development Manager career pathway.
