The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised WorkFlow Coordinator to join our small team on a full-time or part-time basis (0.8FTE considered). The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the doctors' reporting lists to ensure a balanced workload, timely completion of reports, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role also provides critical support to the Doctor Administration team in areas such as doctor rostering, licensing, and credentialing, helping to ensure that operational needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This role is well-suited to someone with administrative experience within the healthcare industry who would like to progress their career in a reputable organisation.

You will report to the Doctor Admin Manager and play a key role in managing your own portfolio of Doctors and Clinic sites.

What You'll Do:


• Proactively manage and allocate doctors' reporting lists within the assigned portfolio to ensure efficient workload distribution.


• Collaborate with the Workflow team and WF radiologists to activate overflow sessions and manage workload peaks.


• Collate and verify on-call data from the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


• Track the travel schedule and ensure adequate clinic coverage; escalate any identified gaps to the Doctor Admin Manager.


• Maintain accurate daily logs and compile requested statistics to support operational planning and insights.

What we are looking for:


• Strong administrative skills with a strong understanding of clinic operations and workflow management.


• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally radiology.


• Sound knowledge of radiology administration, including licensing, credentialing, and best practices in workflow management (desired).


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong initiative and ability to resolve operational issues independently.


• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
