About the role
We're looking for a Scrum Master to guide and support our engineering squads as part of our MatterSphere replacement project. This role is about helping our teams deliver the new ShareDo platform, keeping the project on track, and creating a collaborative environment where people do their best work.
What you'll do
- Support and coach software engineering squads to follow Agile practices.
- Lead team ceremonies like daily stand-ups, planning sessions and reviews.
- Plan and manage releases, ensuring deadlines and change processes are met.
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, analysts and other teams to align priorities.
- Remove obstacles that slow the team down and keep work moving forward.
- Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and delivers.
- Provide clear updates and reports to stakeholders.

- You'll be an organiser, communicator and problem solver who enjoys helping teams succeed. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project delivery role.
- A good understanding of Agile practices and different delivery methods.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver under pressure.
- Agile or project management certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, PMP).
