We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model) to drive the successful delivery of digital learning solutions in the EdTech space.
You will lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between product, engineering, and business goals.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Lead Agile Delivery across multiple teams, setting and ensuring consistent application of Agile principles and practices at scale.
- Line management and mentoring Scrum masters to ensure their growth and development.
- Coach Product Owners, Technical leads, senior stakeholders and teams on scaled agile delivery.
- Champion Scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) to coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other scaled ceremonies to align teams and manage dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and UX Designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of learning products.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and coaching.
- Lead and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across distributed teams in the region.
- Support the development of Agile maturity across the organisation through coaching and mentoring.
What are we looking for?
- 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Coach)
- 3+ years of experience working in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
- Proven experience delivering digital products in the EdTech or related industries
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Lean principles
- Run/facilitated PI planning, and Scrum syncs
- Experience working with School Information Systems, learning management systems (LMS), adaptive learning platforms, or AI-driven EdTech solutions
- Familiarity with KPIs, OKRs and Agile portfolio management
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart Miro, Figma etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent certification is preferred
- Background in software engineering or product management will be an added advantage

This role is based working from our Hawthorn office in Victoria. It's a hybrid position - working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
