Realmark currently have an opportunity within the group for a Commercial Property Manager to join our dedicated and progressive team.

What you will be responsible for:

The position will provide premium services to a portfolio, including maintenance, tenant retention strategies, rent reviews, lease negotiations and renewals, building stronger stakeholder relationships, insurance and compliance, and the associated administration and record keeping.

What Realmark needs from you:

  • A property or professional services background
  • A current Western Australian Real Estate and Business Agent Sales/Property Management Licence.
  • A current Drivers Licence
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Well-developed organisational skills
  • Outstanding ability to prioritise and manage time
  • Professional personal presentation
  • A strong eye for detail
  • An excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
  • Strong MS Office and general IT skills
  • This position will suit a person who can work independently as well as with a supportive team.
