We are seeking an Employment Placement Consultantto join our teamSydney Metro location preferred, however other regional areas will also be considered.

Day to day in the role you will:

  • Use your recruitment and career development skills to support people with injuries return to work
  • Build relationships with employers and organisations to generate suitable vacancies for our clients
  • Engage in the local community to identify employment opportunities
  • Market subsidised programs to incentivise employers to consider our clients for employment
  • Meet face to face with clients to build their confidence and independence in job seeking skills
  • Liaise with and influence hiring managers on behalf of your clients
  • Assist clients with addressing key selection criteria
  • Prepare clients for interviews
  • Work within a multi disciplinary team to help our clients find gainful and durable employment.

About You:

  • Mandatory: Minimum 12 months experience in a Workplace Rehabilitation setting
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving
  • Honesty, integrity, team attitude & positive approach
  • Excellent written & spoken English language skills (professional fluency)
  • A professional network within your local area would be highly regarded
  • Unrestricted drivers licence (own vehicle required).
