About the role.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will enjoy being the face of the restaurant, leading your team by example. You will be supported by the Restaurant GM and the Beverage team to ensure a great customer experience. The restaurant possesses a strong reputation therefore the expectations of service and professionalism are high. This is an operational role where you will be on the floor ensuring the highest of standards
About the Company.
The company is a high end multi faceted hospitality group with significant presence within the restaurant scene. The group consists of high end restaurants and cocktail bars.
Skills & Experience.
We are ideally looking for a confident and professional assistant manager with experience leading high end dining rooms. We are looking for a manager who leads their team by example in a positive manner and someone who thrives an executing great customer service. Ideally you will have 2 years high end restaurant experience.
