Legal Counsel

We are expanding our legal team and looking for two exceptional Legal Counsels, one focused on Market Entry and another dedicated to Driving Legal Excellence across Technology and Entertainment.

As part of our global legal team, you will support Stake, a leading global online entertainment brand and KICK, a rapidly growing global live-streaming platform. You will collaborate with high-performing Legal Counsels and Senior Legal Counsels, advising on complex, cutting-edge legal and regulatory challenges spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Your Role
As Legal Counsel Market Entry, you'll:

• Lead and support market entry projects in new and existing jurisdictions

• Advise on regulatory frameworks, licensing, compliance, and commercial matters

• Work with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Executive teams to support growth

• Manage external counsel and provide practical legal advice to senior stakeholders

 As Legal Counsel Technology and Entertainment you'll:

• Advise on legal matters across technology, gaming, entertainment, and live-streaming

• Handle regulatory, commercial, and operational issues in fast-moving digital industries

• Support product launches and ensure legal risks are managed effectively

• Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive best legal practices
