Help in the Home are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our administration team to provide assistance in our office in Glen Iris.

This is a permanent part time position. The hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9AM to 3PM.

This role provides support to the administration team.

Responsibilities may include:

· Recruitment and support of the care team

· Client liaison, including potential clients, defining needs and services required

· Assisting with the promotion of the business in the growing aged care sector

· Data entry (using Excel)

· Answering the telephone and replying to emails

· Customer service

The successful applicant will have:

  • A valid driver's licence, in order to visit our care team and clients
  • Ability to work from our office in Glen Iris
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in written and verbal communication
  • Background in customer service, human resources or relationship management is desirable
  • A friendly manner with integrity
