Your opportunity to join our team

We are looking for a Farm Hand to join our team in Nar Nar Goon. This role plays an essential part in ensuring the health and welfare of our poultry while maintaining high-quality farming operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, have a great work ethic, and are eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Daily Tasks

• General farm duties, including egg collecting, feeding, and monitoring poultry

• Checking and maintaining bird health and welfare

• Cleaning and maintaining farm sheds and equipment

• Monitoring and adjusting farm climate control systems

• Assisting with bird transfers and other farm operations as needed

• Day and afternoon shifts available (may include weekend work)

• Allowances for relevant shift work and conditions

You will bring to this role

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliability and commitment to consistent work hours

• A strong focus on safety and animal welfare

• Ability to perform manual labour in a farm environment

• Own transport to and from the farm (as public transport is limited)
