We are now seeking a
Finance Manager
to join our Australian team, leading our Finance function and driving financial performance in one of the world's most trusted security organisations.

About the Role

As Finance Manager, you will be a
key business partner
across our Secure Logistics operations—providing financial leadership, ensuring compliance, and delivering insights that shape strategic decision-making.

You will lead a high-performing Finance Team, oversee statutory and management reporting, and partner with operational leaders to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growth.

This is a role for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly regulated industry.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Team to deliver on organisational objectives.
  • Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial planning cycles.
  • Oversee statutory accounts, audits, and compliance with Australian Accounting Standards, US GAAP, and SOX.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support strategic projects, tenders, acquisitions, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive process improvement, systems integration, and financial efficiency.
  • Manage risk, insurance, and cash flow planning to safeguard operations and assets.
  • Partner with the CFO, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team as a trusted advisor.

What You'll Bring

  • CPA/CA qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading finance teams in a complex commercial environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in reporting, compliance, and financial planning.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic financial advice.
  • Experience in secure logistics, financial services, or regulated industries (desirable).
  • Advanced systems knowledge (e.g., Hyperion, ERP, ACCPAC, CargoWise) and strong Excel skills.
