About your new role

Job Title: Health & Wellbeing Business Partner

Location: Blacktown

Contract Duration: 11 Months

Start date: 2nd of June 2025

End date: 29th May 2026

Salary: $64.56 per hour Super

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement and activate Mentally Healthy Workplace Strategy.

  • Promote health and wellbeing initiatives across all levels of the organisation.

  • Collaborate closely with key sections, including People and Culture, Safety, and Workers Compensation.

  • Ensure the organisation meets ethical and regulatory requirements for workplace health and wellbeing.

  • Develop and deliver initiatives supporting a sustainable and supportive work environment.

  • Focus on initiatives that address mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of staff.

  • Act as a key advocate for organisational wellbeing, driving practical, inclusive, and proactive approaches.

What you will need to succeed

  • A highly collaborative approach and ability to build strong internal relationships.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of workplace psychology, especially in relation to mental health and psychosocial risk management.

  • Passion for community wellbeing and creating positive workplace cultures.

  • A proactive and strategic mindset focused on improving employee experience and organisational support.
