Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Fitter located in Sydney, NSW. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for fitting, machining, preventive maintenance, general maintenance, and handling various machinery. Tasks include assembling mechanical components, performing routine maintenance, repairing machinery, and ensuring all equipment functions efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Machining and Fitting skills
  • Trade Qualification in Mechanical Fitting
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance and General Maintenance
  • Proficiency in handling Machinery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in an industrial setting is a plus
  • Relevant trade certifications or qualifications
