CrashClaim are Australia's largest accident management business offering a full 360-degree service to people who have had a motor vehicle accident. We assist with their motor vehicle claim, helping them from the point of impact, supplying an accident replacement vehicle all the way through to the delivery of their vehicle.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The business is experiencing phenomenal growth and requires the services of an Experienced Parts Manager to lead and oversee the purchasing of New, Used, and Aftermarket Parts. You will manage and support an extremely outgoing team who are driven by offering exceptional customer service, ensuring all parts procurement is completed accurately, cost-effectively, and on time.

This role will suit a motivated leader who can balance hands-on parts interpreting with team leadership, vendor management, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee the parts department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise directly with repairer network on parts requests.
  • Identify, source, and dispatch required parts efficiently.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and availability.
  • Manage parts inventory, track usage, and minimise delays.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Follow up outstanding orders and quotations, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Report on KPIs including cost savings, turnaround times, and supplier performance.

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager (or senior Parts Interpreter ready to step up).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
