Senior Project Engineer – Food & Beverage Industry

$175,000 p.a. + Super, Phone, Laptop

Are you an experienced Project Engineer looking to take the lead on meaningful projects in the Food and Beverage industry?

Lemke Engineering & Projects is a small, focused consultancy based in Perth. We work closely with clients across the FMCG sector, delivering practical, high-quality solutions. As our workload continues to grow steadily, we're looking to bring another experienced engineer into the team.

This role suits someone who is confident in a client-facing environment, organised in their approach, and calm in their work style. As we often deliver on-site client facing support, you'll be trusted to represent the business professionally and contribute to the delivery of projects that make a real impact.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery across food and beverage processing facilities
  • Coordinating engineering design and documentation
  • Working directly with clients to understand and deliver on their requirements
  • Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Supporting business growth through strong industry relationships

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in mechanical, process, or related engineering discipline
  • Solid experience in project engineering within the food and beverage industry
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Food, Meat, or Beverage industry
  • Proficiency in CAD, MS Project, and the Microsoft suite
  • A calm, organised approach and confidence in client interactions
  • An established network in WA's FMCG sector is highly regarded
  • Engineers Australia membership is preferred but not required
