What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the employee life cycle and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist with the general People & Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in our customer service hotline on a rotating roster, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Compliance on right to work documentation to Compliance on right to work documentation and maintenance of employee files across NZ and Australia.
  • Coordination of pre-employment checks including management of medical bookings and police checks.
  • Drafting employment and change of conditions letters.

About You

  • Previous experience in a human resources/admin/compliance role or within a high-volume, transactional environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
