Service Manager – NDIS Provider | WHITEBREAM AUSTRALIA

Location: Sydney-based with regular travel to the Central Coast (2–3 days per week)

About the Role:

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading service delivery, managing client relationships, and supporting our teams to deliver high-quality care. This position requires regular travel to the Central Coast to oversee operations, engage with clients, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites.

Manage and support teams to ensure high-quality participant outcomes.

Lead client intake processes, including developing and reviewing Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports.

Collaborate with stakeholders including participants, families, support coordinators, and community partners.

Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.

Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.

About You

You are a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will bring:

Strong understanding of NDIS Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, and client intake processes.

Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to the Central Coast (2–3 days per week).

Previous experience in disability, community, or health services (highly regarded).
