Associate Agent to Award Winning Team

Position Overview:

Harcourts Packham is an established Real Estate agency specialising in residential and commercial real estate and servicing all areas.

To strengthen our dedication to exceptional service, we are looking to add a new member to the Korakianitis Team. We are seeking a candidate who embodies natural enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, to fill the role of Associate Agent.

This opportunity is perfect for a driven and ambitious real estate enthusiast eager to dive into the industry and learn from top professionals. In this role, you will play a vital supporting role within the Michelle Korakianitis Team, along with our administration manager The successful candidate will be working from a prime beachside office location in Glenelg amongst a dedicated and supportive team. Competitive salary structure including allowances and commission incentives.

Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting activities
  • Preparing CMAs and database management
  • Prepare marketing campaigns
  • Letterbox dropping and door knocking
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, and conveyancers
  • Client and buyer care, attend open homes and conduct inspections
  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers
  • Attend appraisal/listing appointments
  • Manage the end-to-end sales campaign
  • Preparing properties for marketing and attending photo shoots
  • Co-ordinate and conduct pest and building inspections
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Attend regular coaching and training sessions

The Successful Candidate will possess the following:

  • Current Real Estate Sales Licence
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in the real estate industry
  • Reliable car and a current SA Driver's Licence
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with real estate CRM systems (preferably Agentbox)
  • Highly motivated, goal orientated and self-driven
  • Immaculately presented
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work with a team in a professional, efficient, and diplomatic manner
