In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products and services. Job description:

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Create engaging content for digital channels, including website, email, and social media.

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

  • Manage and grow social media accounts with a focus on engagement and brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with designers, writers and external agencies to produce marketing materials.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches.

  • Maintain and update the CRM and marketing databases.

Qualifications/Attributes:

  • Must hold Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or higher, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.

  • Must possess at least a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

  • Creative, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
