As a fully-accredited, 54-bed private hospital, South Pacific offers the very highest levels of clinical expertise. South Pacific Private is part of Sana Health Group, an Australasian leader in behavioural health services. All programs are supervised by a multi-disciplinary and expert team of psychiatrists, psychologist, general practitioners, registered nurses, psychotherapist and counsellors.

An exciting opportunity is available to join South Pacific Private as a part-time Nurse Unit Manager.
As a Nurse Unit Manager you will play an integral role in leading nursing services and as part of the multi-disciplinary team delivering treatment pathways and programs at South Pacific Private.
About You:
AHPRA registered nurse with 4+ years experience.
Strong leadership skills along with the ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment.
You will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client care and customer service.
Management or relevant post-graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential.
Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management.
Standard Criteria:
Professional integrity, adherence to a professional code of ethics and confidentiality requirements as per SPP policy and NSQHS requirements
Strong interpersonal communication skills and professional boundaries
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment effectively, respecting difference and diversity
