As the full-time, permanent Nurse Unit Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you won't just manage a team—you will pioneer it. Your mission? What It Takes to Lead

We're looking for a clinical expert. You must possess:

• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• A minimum of 3-4 years Oncology Nursing experience.
• Worked in a clinical leadership capacity such as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator or similar position.
• Superior communication skills and the ability to influence positive change.
• A keen ability to strategically manage resources and navigate relevant healthcare legislation.
