As the full-time, permanent Nurse Unit Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you won't just manage a team—you will pioneer it. Your mission? You will be the clinical powerhouse driving best-practice guidelines, overseeing all resource management, and ensuring every patient achieves optimal outcomes. What It Takes to Lead
We're looking for a clinical expert. You must possess:
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- A minimum of 3-4 years Oncology Nursing experience.
- Worked in a clinical leadership capacity such as a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educator or similar position.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to influence positive change.
- A keen ability to strategically manage resources and navigate relevant healthcare legislation.
