The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Labourer to join our experienced team. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive above-award pay, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out surface preparation, chemical pre-treatment, and powder coating processes
  • Accurately set up and jig jobs to meet production requirements
  • Perform quality checks and record results to ensure high standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Assist with basic equipment care and maintenance
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, trade, or industrial environment
  • Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit for hands-on industrial work
  • Australian work rights and ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
